I grew up in Lima, Peru - Miraflores, where my parents founded Si Brasil, a restaurant that became a symbol of our culinary culture. From a young age, I learned that cooking is more than preparing food; it is about sharing identity and passion.
When I arrived in the United States, I decided to refine my skills to bring the authentic flavors of Peru to more people. Today, I proudly open the doors of my restaurant, a place where each dish celebrates the richness of our globally recognized cuisine.
